Dennis Brandt is a lifelong educator, community leader, and advocate for lifelong learning. After a distinguished 40-year career with the Corona-Norco Unified School District—where he served as a teacher, band director, coach, and administrator — Dennis continues to dedicate his time and experience to serving others through leadership and philanthropy.
Throughout his career, Dennis has been guided by a simple philosophy: education and community go hand in hand. From shaping young minds in the classroom to guiding schools through accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, his work has always centered on helping others achieve their full potential.
In retirement, Dennis remains deeply involved in organizations that strengthen education and community ties. He serves on the Riverside Community College District Foundation Board of Directors (including terms as Vice President and President) and the Norco College President’s Advisory Board. His decades-long commitment to the Temescal Palms Masonic Lodge reflects his belief in civic responsibility, mentorship, and public service.
Dennis’s leadership extends beyond education into initiatives like Raising A Reader, where he has helped bring early literacy programs to underperforming schools across the Inland Empire.
Known for his organization, compassion, and collaborative spirit, Dennis continues to inspire through service – building connections, supporting educational excellence, and giving back to the community that has shaped his life’s work.
